Ang Mabait na Duwende |The Kind Dwarf (2021) is a self-portrait sculpture portraying myself as a Filipino Duwende offering seeds of hope. This sculpture was part of a collaborative project for Gudskul : Knowledge Garden Festival (2021) at the Art Gallery of York University; focusing on the concept of artistic growth and exploring the question of “how can the ‘seeds’ an artist plants help foster positive growth of community, resources, and positively contribute to our shared future?”
